SALISBURY - A new business is literally "up and running" in Salisbury.

Marquee Travel celebrated a grand opening Tuesday morning with the traditional ribbon cutting provided by the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce.

The company offers travel and sports tours.

Marquee Charters & Tours, LLC is locally owned and operated by Mike Breedlove and Kimberly Hobbs. Based in Salisbury, North Carolina, we’ve been in business over 5 years and employ drivers who have over 25 years of professional driving experience. We operate modern motor coaches with seating capacity up to 56 passengers.

Marquee Charters & Tours, LLC takes pride in providing quality service to customers on all charter trips. Safety is always first and we adhere to all DOT requirements.  From logistics to maintenance, everything is checked to assure each customer receives quality service from Marquee Charters.

Marquee Charters & Tours, LLC complies with all Federal Motor Coach Safety Administration rules and regulations. We are fully insured and have liability coverage in the amount of $5 million. Upon booking you may request a Certificate of Insurance naming your group as Additional Insured.

Marquee Charters & Tours, LLC employs professional, courteous, drivers with excellent Motor Vehicle Records. Each driver must have and provide a current CDL license, current physical and are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Marquee Charters & Tours, LLC  on occasion will contract with other carriers to provide charter services. However, they must meet the same standards as Marquee Charters & Tours.
