Missing Cabarrus County woman not really missing | News
The Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office tells WBTV a woman who was reported missing over the weekend turned up, and it turns out she wasn't actually missing.
Brandy Michelle Short, 33, was reported missing Saturday, September 1st. Late Sunday night, investigators told WBTV Short turned up unharmed. Investigators said she was never in danger, she had simply not checked-in with anyone.
Officials at the Sheriff's Office said the case is now closed.
