Justin Ames, 26, Lippard Road
Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with the intent to sell and deliver drugs. Bond is $4500.
Amber Tidwell, 23, Southern Lane, Salisbury
Charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bond was $500.
David Peregord, 22, Mary St., Kannapolis
Charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bond was $500.
Gail Troutman, 58, Bringle Ferry Road
Charged with possession of opium to sell and deliver, trafficking opium, and maintaining a dwelling. Bond is $150,000.
Jessica Goble, 20, Deal Creek Rd., Salisbury
Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursor materials, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine

SALISBURY - An undercover drug investigation, aided by tips from citizens, led to five arrests by the Rowan County Sheriff's Office, according to Chief Deputy David Ramsey.

The arrests were announced Friday morning.
